2008: An athletic and versatile player … is both quick and patient when playing defense … capable of winning one-on-one battles and wins air balls … has an outstanding attitude and work ethic.

2007: started in 11 games…. played in all 21 games… her one goal of the year led St. Benedict past Macalester (Oct. 6, 2007) in a 1-0 game.

2006: Saw more playing time from a season ago … made five starts as a defender for the Blazers … gained more experience as a defender.

2005: Started in four of the 12 games she appeared in for the Blazers … registered an assist in the 6-0 victory over Minn.-Morris (Oct. 19, 2005).

High School: A 2005 graduate of Monticello High School, Conroy was coached by Brent Wullet … participated in soccer (five years), basketball (three years) and lacrosse (one year) during her athletic career at Monticello … team captain for soccer her junior and senior years … two-time All-North Suburban conference selection for soccer … collected 15 goals and 25 assists in her high school career.

Personal: Daughter of Paulette and Stephen of Monticello, Minn. … mother is a 1975 graduate of the College of Saint Benedict … father is a 1974 graduate of Saint John’s University … brother Paul is a 2005 graduate of SJU … enjoys being with family and friends, traveling, reading, volunteering and being involved with her church …majoring in theology and Spanish.

Proudest moment of soccer career: “Nothing in soccer is completely one persons doing, so I will not take all the credit for it, but my favorite memory was in the '07 season when I scored my first collegiate goal off a header versus Macalaster.”

What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?  "Being a college athlete provides an opportunity for different people who may not have been in the same social circles to come together and create connections in a special way. We have a group of very different and very special women.”
