2020-21: Saw playing time in three games as a first year in a season that was shortened and played in Spring 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... played 40 minutes.
High School: Lyngen is a 2020 graduate of DeLaSalle High School where she played soccer and hockey for four years and participated in track for six years. She also participated in club soccer, spring leagues, and Acceleration for hockey. Lyngen’s accomplishments include the Focus Effort and Commitment Award in 2019 for soccer. She was also awarded The Unsung Hero Award in 2017, The Most Coachable award in 2019, Best Defensive Player Award, Most Valuable Player Award, and all-conference honorable mention in 2020 for hockey. Her track and field accomplishments include five all-conference honorable mention awards. Her proudest achievement was competing in soccer and hockey while going through chemotherapy and beating cancer.

Personal: Lucy is the daughter of C.J. and Tricia Lyngen, who both attended CSB/SJU. She also has one sibling, Leah. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports like soccer, hockey, and running track. Lucy is majoring in communication.
