2020-21: Saw playing time in three games as a senior in a season that was shortened and played in Spring 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... recorded the first assist of her career against Bethel on April 11 ... played 81 minutes.

2019: Studied abroad and did not compete.

2018: Played in 12 games ... finished the year with four shots, including one on net.

2017: Named the team's Most Improved player at the end of the season ... played in nine games ... finished the year with five shots, including three on net.

High School: Phillips is a 2017 graduate of Bozeman High School where she played four years of soccer. She was an all-state academic selection her junior and senior years. Her favorite soccer memory is scoring a penalty kick to win regionals in a shootout.

Personal: Karen is the only child of Thomas Phillips and Mary Beth Marks. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and kayaking. She likes having a team of friends with similar interests that she gets to see daily. She is a math major at CSB/SJU.
