College of Saint Benedict

2024-25: Jessica had one shot this season against St. Scholastica on October 22nd. She played in seven games for a total of 69 minutes, her longest stretch being 18 minutes during the Bennie's time at Carleton. 

High School: Decowski went to Benilde-St. Margaret’s High School in Eden Prarie, Minn. She played soccer for four years, Basketball for two years , and Volleyball for one year. Jessica earned Metro West Conference Academic All Conference, MSHSL 3rd place in 2022, and MSHSL Champion in 2023. She played for Eden Prairie Soccer Club. Her proudest moment was winning the state soccer championship with her Benilde-St. Margaret’s team in 2023! She is excited to be able to focus primarily on her academics while also having the opportunity to play a competitive sport.

Personal: Jessica's parents are Sandy Decowski and Jeff Decowski, and she has one sibling, Nate Decowski. She has one relative at CSBSJU, Shari Rogalski. Decowski is majoring in Nursing. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
