2014-15: Named the team's MVP as a senior ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention ... led the MIAC with a career-best 598 saves ... recorded a season-best 46 saves against St. Thomas on Feb. 20 ... played in all 22 games ... recorded a .906 save percentage, good for 51st in Division III ... finished with a 2.96 goals-against average ... set the school record with a .907 career save percentage and 3739:15 minutes played.

2013-14: Junior season ... All-MIAC Honorable Mention ... named MIAC player of the Week (Feb. 3) ... top NCAA season rankings include: No. 29 in win percentage with .500 and No. 41 with a 2.59 goals against average ... ranked No. 7 in the MIAC with a save percentage of .922 ... played 12 games this season led the team with 278 saves and six wins  ... 31 goals allowed.

2012-13: Sophomore season … All-MIAC Honorable Mention … named Team MVP … ranked 40th in the country in GAA at 2.55, 34th in in save percentage at .916 and 13th in shutouts with three … ranked seventh in the MIAC in saves with 394 in all games … MIAC ranking in conference games only: fourth in saves (352), sixth in minutes (762:56) and 10th in GAA (2.75) … led goaltenders with 16 games played and 17 starts … played 847:16 minutes … 36 goals allowed … 2.55 GAA … stopped 394 shots … .916 save percentage was a team best … went 3-9-2 on the season … led team with three shutouts … had 20 saves 13 times, including six games with over 30 … stopped a season high 37 shots against St. Olaf on 2/9/13 … pitched back-to-back shutouts on 11/17/12 and 11/30/12 in wins over Augsburg and St. Catherine respectively … allowed just two goals over her first four starts … allowed just one short handed goal all season.
 
High School: A 2011 graduate of St. Cloud Apollo High School, Traut was coached by Mark Chamernick and participated in tennis (three years), hockey (five years), and golf (four years) during her athletic career at Apollo. Traut is an All-Conference Honorable Mention in tennis.  She was named Rookie of the year and team MVP in hockey as well as being named All-Conference Honorable Mention. Traut was named to the St. Cloud Times All-Area team and received the honor of being named All-Conference. She is a recipient of the Hobey Baker award. Traut was All-Conference in golf her senior season.

Personal: Traut is the daughter of Lori and Ron Traut of St. Cloud, Minn. She enjoys hockey, golf, and cooking. Her major is undecided.
