Regan Melz '26 joined the Saint Benedict soccer coaching staff prior to the 2026 season after a decorated career as a Bennie.
Over her four-year career, Melz appeared in 67 games, making 38 starts, for a total of 3,723 minutes played. Melz recorded one goal and two assists for four points over her career as a defender.
A team co-captain for her senior season, Melz finished her career as a two-time Academic All-MIAC honoree, was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma chapter in 2025, and earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors in 2025.
Melz will serve as an assistant coach, with an emphasis on performance, for her alma mater.
