College of Saint Benedict

2024-25: Soli played and started in all 17 games this season. She had 1044 minutes. She had four goals and two assists. She had a single game high of two goals against UW-Stevens Point. She had 26 shots, placing her third on the team. Fourteen of those shots were on goal, leaving her with a SOG% of 0.538. She earned the Academic All MIAC Award. 

2023-24: Soli played in 18 games for 446 minutes. She had seven shots, four of them on goal, and one goal against Hamline on September 19th, 2023. She also had a career high of two shots against Hamline. She had four shots on goal and a SOG percentage of .571. 

High School: Avery is a 2023 graduate of Blaine High School. She competed in alpine skiing for five years and soccer for four years. While in high school, she was also a member of National Honor Society and graduated with highest honors. Her achievements in alpine skiing included being named Captain in 2022 and 2023, earning NWSC All-Conference Girls Alpine Ski in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and earning the title of 2023 Girls Alpine Ski Team Conference Champions. Her achievements in soccer included being named Captain in 2022, earning NWSC All-Conference Girls Soccer in 2022, and earning the title of Girls Soccer Conference Champions in 2022. She also participated in the Twin Cities Fire Soccer Club and earned the title of President's Cup Champions in 2022. The proudest moment of her soccer career was earning the captain's bands and beating a long-time rival team on her home field for the first time in the same night. 

Personal: Avery is the daughter of Sara and Patrick Soli. She has one sibling named Ellyn. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing with animals. While at CSB, she plans to study Psychology with a minor in Political Science. She is most excited to be a collegiate student-athlete because she is looking forward to being a part of a tight-knit and supportive community on her team.
