2014-15: Named the winner of the team's Coaches' Award ... played in all 22 games ... scored her lone goal of the season Feb. 20 against St. Thomas, which was receiving votes in Division III ... also recorded one assist ... had 19 shots.

2013-14: Junior season ... All-MIAC Honorable Mention ...named All-MIAC Academic named Blazer's MVP ... played all 25 games of the season ... finished with four goals, two assists and six points ... added 46 shots with a .087 shot percentage ... two powerplay goals. 

2012-13: Sophomore season … Assistant Captain … Academic All-MIAC … winner of the Coaches Award at the postseason banquet … seven points ranked fourth on the team … appeared in all 22 games … scored four goals with three assists for seven points … took 35 shots and was +2 … 5-10 PIM … scored one game-winner, handing St. Catherine their first MIAC loss … had a career high two goals against St. Thomas on 11/8/12.
 
Previous School: Spent the 2011-12 season at St. Norbert … played in all 27 games for the Green Knights … finished with eight points on five goals and three assists … five goals were tied for sixth on the team … took seven penalties for 14 minutes … scored one power play goal.

High School: A 2011 graduate of River Falls High School, Frey was coached by Matt Cranston.  She participated in hockey (four years), soccer (four years), volleyball (three years), and tennis (one year).  She was Second Team All-Conference in soccer (2009, 2010) and in hockey (2011), as well as Honorable Mention All-State in hockey (2010, 2011).  Frey was also a part of the Honorable Mention All-State Tournament and three-time Honorable Mention All-Conference in hockey.  Her senior year, she was hockey and soccer captain.
 
Personal: Daughter of Kerrin and Tim Frey, she resides in River Falls, Wis.  She enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, and sports.  At CSB|SJU, Frey is majoring in Nursing.
