2023-24: Played in 25 games...ended the season with one goal, three assists, 17 shots, 23 blocks (third on the team)...single game high of three points, one goal, and two assists against St. Catherine.

2022-23: Played in 21 games during her sophomore year... scored her first goal of her career on Feb. 18 against St. Catherine... finished the season with one goal, four assists, and 15 shots. 

2021-22: Saw ice time in five games during the second half of the season when she joined the Bennies. Cromwell spent Fall 2021 at Aurora University in Aurora, Ill. She played in three games and put up two shots.

High School: Cromwell is a 2021 graduate of Sartell High School where she played hockey and soccer for four years and lacrosse for two. She was a three-time all-conference honorable mention selection for hockey and earned two Section 8AA  Honorable Mention accolades. She was also named to the St. Cloud Times All-Metro First Team as a senior and earned academic all-state as a senior. She was also a two-time all-conference honorable mention selection for soccer and earned second team all-metro lacrosse honors her senior year.

Personal: Crowell is the daughter of Susan Opgrand-Cromwell and Jason Cromwell and she has one brother. She enjoys sports and spending time with friends and is a biology major.
