Shaun Meinke begins his fifth season as an assistant coach for the College of Saint Benedict hockey team in 2017-18.
Meinke came to CSB after coaching hockey at several different levels. Most recently, he was an assistant coach for the Breezy Point North Stars, a North American Tier III Hockey League team out of Breezy Point, Minn. He oversaw game day operations, prepared and edited game film and designed and executed drills and practice plans, as well as off-ice workouts.
Meinke was an assistant coach for the Pequot Lakes High School team for one season, and he served as head coach for the Northern Lakes Youth Hockey Association Bantam team for three years.
Meinke, a Rochester, Minn., native, attended Lourdes High School. He has Level 4 USA Hockey Coaching Certification as well as Level 3 USA Hockey Officiating Certification.
