College of Saint Benedict Athletics

2015: Competed in five meets as a senior ... recorded career-bests in the 4K, 5K and 6K ... finished in the top 35 twice, including a 35th-place finish at the Fall Finale.

2014: Ran in seven meets in her first season with the Blazers ... finished in the top 55 twice ... ran a season-best 5K in 23:53 at the Fall Finale and a season-best 6K in 28:57.9 at the MIAC Championships.

High School: A 2013 graduate of Maple Lake High School, Goelz was coached by Ben Youngs. She participated in volleyball (four years), softball (four years), basketball (one year), cross country (one year) and track and field (one year) during her career.
 
Personal: Goelz is the daughter of Sarah and Adam Goelz of Maple Lake, Minn. She enjoys kayaking, camping, reading, and running. She is majoring in nutrition at CSB|SJU. Goelz came to CSB from the College of St. Scholastica where she did not participate in cross country.
