Biography
2018: Competed in seven races as a senior ... finished 13th at the Fall Finale, and top 50 at both the Twin Cities Twilight and Colorado Invite ... ran a career-best 6K time of 25:07.5 at the Eau Claire Invite.
2017: Studied abroad and did not compete.
2016: Competed in seven meets as a sophomore ... shared the team's Most Improved award with teammate Rachel Nelson ... finished in the top 25 at three meets, including 11th at the Alumnae Meet ... recorded PRs in the 4K (16:36), 5K (20:42.5) and 6K (25:46.82).
2015: Ran in six races as a first year ... finished in the top 35 twice ... took 29th at the Fall Finale and 31st at the Alumnae Meet.
High School: Porter is a 2015 graduate of Jefferson High School. She participated in cross country for four years and track and field for three years.
Personal: Porter is the daughter of Kari Kelley-Porter and Richard Porter. She enjoys playing violin and guitar and reading and is undecided on a major. She also competes on the CSB track and field team.
