2019-20:
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors ... also earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... started in played in 24 games ... tied her career-high with eight rebounds against Hamline on Feb. 1 ... tied a career-best with five steals in a win against Concordia on Dec. 4 ... led the team in scoring at 11.2 points per game ... also finished with a team-best 53 assists and 46 steals ... scored in double-digits 15 times ... wraps up her three-year career with the team second in CSB history after averaging 29.9 minutes per game.

2018-19: Named the team's MVP and earned All-MIAC First Team honors ... started in all 26 games ... averaged 33.4 minutes per game ... grabbed 70 defensive rebounds and 82 total rebounds ... finished the season with 341 points ... had 58 steals and 70 assists ... averaged 13.1 points per game. 

2017-18: Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors and named to the All-MIAC First Year Team ... appeared in 22 games, including 15 starts ... averaged 24.6 minutes per game ... finished third on the team in scoring with 179 points and 8.1 points per game ... had 27 steals ... grabbed 38 rebounds ... scored a career-high 18 points three times, including Feb. 17 against St. Thomas.

High School: Thompson is a 2017 graduate of the Academy of Holy Angels. She played four years of soccer and basketball. In soccer, she earned Second Team All-Conference (2015), First Team All-Conference (2016), First Team All-State (2016), and the Most Valuable Player Award (2016). In basketball, she was awarded Second Team All-Conference (2015, 2016), First Team All-Conference (2017), and All-State Academic (2017). The proudest moment of her basketball career is winning the State Tournament her junior year.  

Personal: Megan is the daughter Robert and Jennifer Thompson. She has one sister, Emma, and one brother, Bobby. She enjoys keeping busy and staying productive in her academics by balancing her schedule with athletics. She plans to major in pre-PA while at CSB/SJU, and she is also a starter on the CSB varsity soccer team.
