Biography

High School: Competed in basketball and volleyball for four years as well as flag football for a year and track and field for two years…served as captain for the Mounds View basketball team…twice named All-Conference (2024, 2025)….named Rookie of the Year and later Most Improved (2024) in volleyball…earned All-Conference honors in flag football…named to the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Van-Ha Nguyen and Jeremy Ryan…biology major.
