High School: A 2008 graduate of Totino-Grace High School, Haik was coached by Shannon Hartinger… participated in basketball (4 years), soccer (1 year), cross country (4 years) and track and field (4 years) during her athletic career at Totino-Grace…  All-North Suburban Conference selection… three time All-North Suburban Conference honorable mention… team captain 07-08… All-State honorable mention 07-08… All-Metro defense second team 07-08… voted best defender in 06-07 and 07-08… voted team captain in track 06-07 and 07-08… All-North Suburban All-Conference honorable mention in track 4 years… two time All-North Suburban Conference in 100 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles… conference and section champs in 06-07 and 07-08 in basketball… 07-08 AAA State Champions… 06-07 section champions and third at state true team meet in track… 07-08 section champions and state true team champions in track… voted team MVPin track.

Personal: Daughter of Tery and Steve Haik of Minneapolis, Minn. … brother Dominic is a junior at SJU… enjoys hanging out with friends and family, being outside and reading… majoring in biology and Spanish.

What do you like about being/anticipate about being a collegiate student-athlete?
“I am looking forward to the intensity and fast pace game.”

“It just felt right.”

“I hold the record for most steals in a game and in a season. I am also a part of the first ever team at Totino-Grace to win a conference and state championshipand holds the record for most wins in a season.”
