Bailey Stark began dancing at age two and competed for 20 years. An alumnae of Arabesque School of Dance in Blaine, Minnesota, she was a captain of the Anoka Dance Team in high school, earning All-Conference and All-State Jazz honors. She began coaching while still in high school with the Northdale Middle School Dance Team, received a scholarship to the Hollywood Summer Tour in 2019, and went on to dance for four years at the College of Saint Benedict. She graduated from the CSB in 2024 with a degree in global business leadership, a concentration in marketing, and a minor in exercise science.

Bailey has since built a strong coaching and leadership career, including staff roles with St. Cloud Just For Kix and three years on Just For Kix Camp staff. She has coached the Holdingford Dance Team for four seasons, leading the Huskers to their first-ever MSHSL State Championship in 2024 and top three state finishes in Kick in 2025 and Jazz and Kick in 2026. She was named MADT Class A Assistant Coach of the Year in both 2025 and 2026, currently serves on the MADT Board of Directors, and co-owns Brockway Dance Complex in St. Joseph, Minnesota.
