Abby is from Woodbury, MN where she grew up doing studio competition dance at DelMonico Dance, and was a part of the Woodbury High School Dance Team. Following that, she was a two year member of the Minnesota State University Mankato Dance Team, where they took the 2016 National Champion title in Open Jazz, followed by 2nd and 3rd in Pom. She has over 8 years experience teaching and choreographing various styles for studio competition teams, and for midwest area high school dance teams. She was also a Just For Kix Summer Camp instructor for 6 years. After college, she pursued additional education and became a Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With her degree in Marketing, she has a full time role for Collegis Education as an Employee Engagement & Development specialist. Most recently, she moved to Delano, MN in 2021 and began coaching Varsity Jazz for the Delano High School Dance Team.
