Ultimate Frisbee is a growing sport among colleges across the United States. Our team, CSB Rapture, practices and plays year-round, with the competitive season in the spring. We compete against colleges and universities across all regions, and from Division I to Division III. Ultimate Frisbee is unique with its self-governed play where "spirit of the game" is key. At St. Benedict, we practice on campus and play at several tournaments throughout the year, usually traveling to places such as Chicago, Eau Claire, Wis., and Ames, Iowa. Rapture Ultimate Frisbee has competed at nationals in the past, with the most recent years being 2014 and 2015. 

Anyone interested in joining a hard-working and fun team (or as we call it, family) should consider joining CSB Ultimate Frisbee!
