High School: Trossen graduated in 2013 from Andover High School where she played soccer for five years. She earned all-conference honors in 2012 and honorable mention accolades in 2011. She was the team captain as a senior, earned the Soccer Academic Excellence Award from 2009-12 and was the Husky Award Winner in 2008. Trossen also particiapted in strength and conditioning for four years.

Personal: Trossen is the daughter of Nancy and Dave Trossen of Andover, Minn., and she has one sister, Allie. She enjoys soccer, sewing and being with friends, and is majoring in global business and leadership.
