2018: OUTDOOR: qualified for the MIAC Championships in the high jump, triple jump and javelin ...finished fifth in javelin to earn All-MIAC Honorable Mention ... also took seventh in high jump and 10th in the triple jump in her first season competing in the event ... competed in five meets for CSB ... won the triple jump at the Manitou Classic ... recorded nine top-five finishes... INDOOR: competed in one event after finishing the season with the CSB basketball team ...qualified for the MIAC Championships in the high jump where she recorded the eighth-best mark in CSB history and finished sixth to earn All-MIAC Honorable Mention.

2017: INDOOR ... competed in one meet after
competing with the CSB basketball team and qualified for the MIAC Championships in the high jump ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking sixth at the conference meet ... recorded a career-best mark of 1.56 meters, good for eighth in CSB history ... took second in the high jump at the St. Olaf Qualifier ... OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the long jump, high jump and javelin ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking fourth in the high jump and fifth in the javelin ... her javelin mark of 37.13 meters is third in CSB history ... recorded 12 top-five finishes as a junior ... recorded a season-best mark of 4.68 meters in the long jump at the CSB|SJU Outdoor meet in her first season competing in the event.

2016: INDOOR ... competed at St. Olaf and just missed qualifying for the conference meet in the high jump ... played on the CSB basketball team ... OUTDOOR ... qualified for the conference meet in the high jump and javelin ... recorded the third-best javelin throw in school history (36.19m) at the La Crosse Qualifier ... also recorded the fifth-best high jump mark in CSB history (1.60m) at Trinity ... took second in the high jump at Tommie Twilight.

2015: First season ... INDOOR ... played on the Blazer basketball team and didn't compete ... OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Outdoor Championships in the high jump ... recorded a personal-best mark of 1.51 meters ... also competed once in the javelin and finished with a toss of 22.60 meters.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Pine Island High School, Fokken was coached by Rick Canton. She played volleyball and basketball for four years and also participated in track and field for four years. She earned all-conference in basketball as a junior and senior and in volleyball as a junior. She earned all-conference track honors in 2012.

Personal: Fokken is the daughter of Shawn and Gregg Fokken. She has one brother, Mitchell. She enjoys being with friends and learning, and is majoring in nutrition with a minor in pre-physical therapy at CSB|SJU. Fokken also plays on the CSB basketball team.
