2008: Athletic player ... will battle for playing time at the outside defender position ... good communicator on the field ... tough athlete that will put in the extra effort.

2007:  Played in two games in her first year at St. Benedict.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Cotter High School, Larson was coached by Craig Junker and Dan Pecarina … participated in soccer (four years), basketball (four years) and track and field (four years) during her athletic career at Cotter … named to the All-Hiawatha Valley Conference soccer team in 2006 … captained the Cotter soccer team her senior year … collected seven goals and eight assists during her high school soccer career … member of the Cotter High School basketball team that were Hiawatha Conference Champions in 2006 and 2007, Section 1A Champions and State Basketball Tournament Participants in 2006 … also a member of the Cotter 3200-meter relay team that made it to the State Track and Field Tournament in 2007.

Personal: Daughter of Jenelle and Chad Larson of Minnesota City, Minn. … enjoys running and swimming … majoring in nursing.

Proudest moment of soccer career: “Playing soccer with my sister since the third grade.”

What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? 
"Having my team as an outlet when school gets hard. They are the most fun people I know!"
