2011: MIAC All-Conference selection … MIAC Hitter of the Week  Sept. 19 … ranked third in MIAC hitting percentage with .289 … career-high 16 kills versus UM-Morris on Sept. 17 … appeared in 114 sets for the Blazers … compiled 338 kills … finished the season with a .264 kill percentage … notched 11 service aces … compiled 82 digs and 55 blocks.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Orono High School, Rinde was coached by Laurie Jensen.  She participated in volleyball (four years) during her athletic career.  She was All-Conference and All-Conference Honorable Mention.  Rinde received All-State Academic and academic achievement awards during her career.  She was also a team captain and holds the school record for single-season aces.

Personal: Rinde is the daughter of Lisa and Paul Rinde of Minnetonka, Minn.  She enjoys rock climbing, quantum physics, traveling, photography and acting.  She is majoring in environmental studies.
