2010: App in 109 sets for the Blazers ... was first in the MIAC with 1.19 blocks per set for a total of 130 blocks ... recorded 223 kills and was third for CSB with a .190 hitting percentage ... added 23 digs ... recorded double-digit kills in six matches ... joined the 1000-Kill Club on Sept. 18 against Hamline ... was named to the MIAC All-Sportsmanship Team ... received the Coaches' Award for CSB.

2009: Appeared in 109 sets for the Blazers ... was second in the team with 297 kills (2.72 kills per game) ... recorded a .248 hitting percentage ... was second on the team with 85 blocks (0.78 blocks per game) ... will be expected to be a threat at the net her senior year.

2008: Appeared in 143 games for Saint Benedict...recorded 336 kills (3rd for CSB) and 117 blocks (led CSB)... ended the year with .206 hitting percentage (2nd for CSB)... was named to the All- MIAC All- Sportsmanship team... recieved the Coaches award. On Sept. 26, 2008, she collected 16 kills...has explosive abilities … experienced player that will contribute to the team … great blocking abilities… has potential to be an elite player.

2007: Played in all of Saint Benedict’s 112 games and 32 matches … La Crosse Invitational All-Tournament team … California-East Bay All-Tournament team … recorded 119 blocks and averaged 1.06 blocks per game (led CSB, 6th in MIAC) … hit for 290 kills, averaging 2.59 kills per game (3rd for CSB) finished with a .197 hitting percentage (3rd for CSB) on Oct. 13, 2007, Brown recorded season-highs of 17 kills and a .577 hitting percentage versus California-Santa Cruz … on Sept. 15, 2007, she accumulated a season-high eight blocks against Northwestern College … on Oct. 20, 2007, Brown finished with 16 kills and seven blocks against Gustavus Adolphus.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Buffalo High School, Brown was coached by Dennis Axel … participated in volleyball (six years), basketball (six years) and track and field (one year) during her athletic career at Buffalo High School … was an All-Mississippi 8 Conference selection in volleyball her senior year … named best offensive player her senior year …captained her volleyball and basketball teams … three-time Academic All-Mississippi 8 Conference selection in volleyball … named Star Tribune Athlete of the week during her senior year … holds the Buffalo High School record for career blocked shots in basketball … Academic All-State in volleyball and basketball … was a two-time All-Mississippi 8 Conference honorable mention in basketball.

Personal: Daughter of Lisa and Loren Brown of Buffalo, Minn. … enjoys watching sports, watching movies and spending time with family and friends … majoring in communication.

Proudest moment of her volleyball career: “Defeating Dassel-Cokato in five games to get to the section finals game. The gym was packed with roaring fans and when we won our team went crazy. Also in 2008 at the Regional Championship. It was great that we won, but during those games we played with complete confidence in oursleves and each other with no option of defeat. It was an unbelieveable experience and will always be one of my favorite days.”

Why did you decide to attend the College of Saint Benedict? “The campus is beautiful and the people are very friendly and helpful.”
