2021: Competed in 48 sets as a sophomore ... second on the team in assists with 238 and 4.96 assists per set ... season-high 29 assists and season-high 23 digs against Hamline on Sept. 22 ... recorded 118 total digs. 

2020-21: Did not compete as a first year in a season that was shortened and played in Spring 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic.

High School: Marker is a 2020 graduate of Shakopee High School where she played volleyball for four seasons and softball for six . Her accomplishments for volleyball during these years include All-South Suburban Conference in 2018 and 2019. She is second in school history with 1,919 career assists and fourth all time with 768 assists in a season. Her accomplishments for softball include All Section 2AAA in 2018 and 2019 and team captain in 2020.  Marker also played club volleyball for the Mizuno Northern Lights. Her proudest memory is winning the Section 2AAA title and going to the Minnesota State Volleyball Tournament in 2018.

Personal: Payton is the daughter of Bill and Amy Marker and she has two siblings, Tommy and Morgan. Her favorite thing to do off the court is to spend time with her friends and family. Payton will be majoring in global business leadership. She is looking forward to be able to work hard and compete at the college level for CSB.
