2020-21: Competed in one varsity doubles match as a first year.
High School: Pax is a 2020 graduate of Mondovi High School in Mondovi, Wis., where she played tennis for four years. Marissa was team captain as a junior and senior, earned one varsity letter and also earned both the Racquet Award and the Leadership Award as a junior. She is most proud of her journey from joining tennis freshman year with no previous experience to attending camps and practicing for the next three years to end her senior season at No. 1 singles.
Personal: Marissa is the daughter of Ricky and Kimberly Pax and she has one brother, Zachary. Her hobbies are writing, camping, playing clarinet, reading, swimming, tutoring and giving tennis lessons. She will major in English and minor in secondary education. She enjoys being a student-athlete at CSB because it gives her the opportunity to continue playing the sport she loves while also getting the highest quality of education possible.
