2021: Competed in three meets as a senior ... finished 25th at the SCSU/Trinity Bible Tri on Sept. 4 in St. Cloud.

2020-21: Competed in the St. Kate's Relays in mid-March ... teamed up with Claire Iversen to finish the 5.6-mile relay in 41:33.1 ... the official 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID19 pandemic and condensed into a short season in March 2021.

2019: Competed in six races as a sophomore ... recorded a career-best 6k time of 27:23.6 at the MIAC  Championships and a career-best 5k at the Fall Finale with a time of 23:08.

2018: Competed in seven races as a first year ... finished in the top 100 three times, including 26th at the Fall Finale ... recorded a career-best 6K in 28:09.3 at the Eau Claire Invite.

High School: Connelly graduated from Chanhassen High School in 2018. She took part in soccer for two years, cross country for two years, Nordic skiing for two years, and track and field for three years. She earned academic all-conference honors all four years of high school and an athletic letter recipient in 2017 and 2018. She also participated in club soccer for nine years. Her proudest moment was having the opportunity to qualify and run at the sections meet in her last season.

Personal: Krystiana is the daughter of Sean and Leanne Connelly and she has two sisters, Carley and Chloe. Her hobbies are running, reading, art, music, and outdoor adventures. She is studying art education and Hispanic studies at CSB/SJU. She looks forward to being a part of the CSB team and supporting others as they work towards a common goal.
