2018:
Appeared in 120 sets in first year ... had 156 kills ... hit three service aces ... recorded five assists ... had 97 digs ... finished with 29 blocks ... had a career-high 10 kills three times, including on Sept. 21 against Hamline ... had eight digs against Valley City State on Sept. 7.

High School: Westby graduated from Hill-Murray High School in 2018. She played volleyball for four years for Hill-Murray and also played club for Kokoro Volleyball. In her career, she has earned all-conference honorable mention (2016), all-conference (2017), and all-conference and academic all-state (2018). So far, her favorite career moment has been playing volleyball at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Florida.
 
Personal: Claire is the daughter of Todd and Heidi Westby and has a brother, Sam, who also attended CSB/SJU. In her free time, she takes part in service and sand volleyball. She is majoring in Biology and is excited to play volleyball at CSB/SJU, to meet new people and keep active.
