2019: Earned All-MIAC First Team for the second time ... also earned Scholar All-Region Third Team honors  ... named the team's Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight season ... scored the first goal of her career on Sept. 21 against Hamline ... played in all 19 games... led the team with 1,656 minutes player finished the year with four shots, including three on net ... part of a defense that shut out six opponents.

2018: Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention ... winner of the team's Defender of the Year award ... started 15 of 16 games ... finished the year with two shots, including two on net ... led the team in minutes played.

2017: Earned All-MIAC First Team honors ... started eight of 11 games ... finished the year with two shots, including one on net.

2016: Started 12 of 14 games for CSB as a first year ... recorded one shot ... received the team's Rookie of the Year team award.

High School: A 2016 graduate of Eden Prairie High School, Verkinderen played soccer for four years. She was the team’s captain in 2014 and 2015 and she received all-conference Honors those same years. In 2014, she was an all-state honorable mention pick, and in 2015 she received the All-State Award. She also was named to the all-tournament team in 2014 and 2015.

Personal: Meghan is the daughter of Peggy and Scott Verkinderen. She has one brother, Michael. In her free time, Meghan enjoys running, cooking, baking, spending time outside, and being with friends. She is majoring in biology with a psychology minor.
