WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. - The College of Saint Benedict dance team claimed two awards at the Universal Dance Association (UDA) Camp in Wisconsin Dells, Wis. over the past weekend, Friday-Sunday, July 31-Aug. 1. Â

The Bennies took home first place in the Open Division Home Routine. They also received the Outstanding Game Day Award from the organization. Â

"I'm incredibly proud of the commitment and work ethic this team has shown all summer," CSB head dance coach Bailey Stark stated
. "These achievements reflect not only their talent, but also the energy, discipline, and pride they show every time they represent CSB and Bennie Dance. This is an exciting way to begin our season, and I can't wait to see what this group accomplishes together."Â

The Bennie dance team will kick off the 2026-27 season with a halftime performance at the Saint John's University football opener Saturday, Sept. 5. The Johnnies take on University of Wisconsin-La Crosse at 1 p.m. at Clemens Stadium.Â
