LOUISVILLE, Ken. -- Following another stellar 2025 season, the College of Saint Benedict softball team received prestigious academic recognition: 18 student-athletes were named Easton/NFCA All-American Scholar-Athletes and the entire squad earned a team academic honor as announced on Thursday, August 7 by Easton/NFCA.
The Easton/NFCA All‑America Scholar‑Athlete award honors collegiate softball student-athletes across all divisions who achieved a minimum 3.5 GPA during the 2023–24 academic year. In total, over 9,109 student-athletes were recognized, including 2,565 from NCAA Division III programs. In addition to individual accolades, team awards were given to standout academic performers. The College of Saint Benedict posted an impressive team GPA of 3.74, ranking 16th among all NCAA Division III softball programs.

Bowne was recognized for a fourth time with Erickson, Peterson, Ruhberg, Smetana and Wallace receiving recognition for a third straight time. Erickson, Jerpseth, Koste, Laudenbach, Muetzel, Ritter, Van Hout, were recognized for a second time.

Rachael Click, CSB wrapped up a successful campaign with a 26‑14 overall record and a 17‑5 showing that led to a second‑place finish in the MIAC. This marks the eighth consecutive season with 26 or more wins and the 12th straight full season surpassing 20 victories.
