College of Saint Benedict

2023: Koste played in 5 games and started in one of them. She had a batting average of .125, her on base percentage was .222, she had eight at bats, two runs and one hit. She hit one double and one RBI, her longest reached base streak is two. In the field she had two chances, one putout and a fielding percentage of 1.000.  

High School: Koste is a 2022 graduate of Becker High School, where she participated in softball for four years and was the manager of the basketball team for four years. She lettered in varsity softball in 2019-2022, was two-time team captain, team MVP (2022), and state champions (2021). Koste also played for the Northern Blast softball team. The proudest moment of her career is winning state for softball in 2021.
 
Personal: Cadence is the daughter of Anne and Jason Koste, and has three siblings, Cole, Brynn, and Jace. Her brother and grandparents graduated from CSB/SJU. She is studying elementary education. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, coffee, and hanging out with friends. Cadence looks forward to competing at the collegiate level with a community of great teammates.
