The College of Saint Benedict basketball team is coming off a big win this Wednesday against Macalester College. The Bennies are hosting their final game of the regular season against the University of St. Thomas. Game time is at 3 p.m. in Claire Lynch Hall on Saturday, Feb. 15.
This game also marks the final regular-season game in Claire Lynch for seniors

Sidney Schiffler and junior
Megan Thompson, who is graduating early. All three will be honored after the game.

St. Thomas is 17-5 overall this season and 13-4 in the conference, and heads into Saturday looking to get back on track after a tough loss to Bethel Wednesday. The Royals held UST to less than 50 points - the team's lowest scoring output this season. The Tommies have lost to Augsburg twice this season, and dropped a game to Gustavus. St. Thomas averages 65.0 points per game and has 1,381 points overall this season. The leading scorer for the Tommies is Brynne Rolland who is averaging 17.5 points per game.
Last Meeting
The last time these teams met was earlier this season in January. It was a close game that St. Thomas ended up winning 56-64.

Storyline
The rivalry between Saint Benedict and St. Thomas is one of the biggest in the MIAC, and this weekend's game is going to be a big test for CSB. CSB has momentum coming into the game from a win against Macalester, and the team wants to use this and keep it growing with only three games left in the regular season. Next week, the Bennies are on the road against St. Kates and Bethel University to wrap up the regular season.
