The Saint Benedict volleyball team opens the 2012 season today (Aug. 31), hitting the court for four games over two days. The Blazers open the UW-Stout at 5:15 p.m., and close today with Martin Luther at 7:30 p.m. Then on Sept. 1, they get UW-Stevens Point at 10:00 a.m., before closing the weekend with tournament host UW-Eau Claire at 2:30 p.m.

The Blazers two Saturday match-ups will feature a pair of NCAA Tournament teams as UW-Eau Clair and UW-Stevens Point were each in the field of 64 in 2011.
