College of Saint Benedict (5-16-3 overall, 3-10-3 MIAC) went on the road to take on #6 ranked Gustavus (20-2-2 overall, 15-1-1 MIAC).The night was rough for the Blazers as they allowed nine goals into the net and only scored one of their own. This gave Saint Bens their 16^th loss of the season. 

In the first ten minutes of the opening period, Gustavus put up their first two goals of the night. The score would stay 2-0 until the beginning of the second period when junior Ashley Olson pulled the Blazers within one with assists from Katelyn Bounds and Erin Geier. Unfortunately, this is as close as they would get as Gustavus tacked on seven more goals and finished the game with a 9-1 victory. 

The Blazers will finish their season against Gustavus at home on February 25 at 12 o'clock p.m.
