College of Saint Benedict Athletics

Rachel Wieland is in her first year as a volunteer assistant coach at the College of Saint Benedict.

Wieland played two seasons of collegiate hockey at Gustavus Adolphus, where she was part of the 2023 NCAA Division III National Championship team, before finishing her career with two years at St. Olaf College. She graduated from St. Olaf in 2025 with a degree in chemistry on the pre-medicine track.
 
Before college, Wieland played high school hockey at Sartell, where she served as team captain her senior year. She has also gained coaching experience with the Sartell/Sauk Rapids high school program.
