Bre Hess enters her first season as an assistant coach for the Saint Benedict hockey team in 2026-27.

Hess, a 2021 CSB alumna, returns to her alma mater to help lead the defense. Hess will also assist in recruiting efforts to help find the next generation of Bennies.

In her four-year career for Saint Benedict, Hess appeared in 71 games as a crucial member of the defense. Over her career she recorded five points, all by way of assists. 

A Sartell, Minn. native, Hess graduated with a degree in elementary education.
