College of Saint Benedict Athletics

Bailey started dancing when she was two years old, and competed competitively for fifteen years. She is an alumnae of Arabesque School of Dance where she danced for 10 years. She was the captain of the Anoka dance team, and was all-conference, and all-state jazz. She started her coaching career in high school coaching the Northdale middle school dance team. She was a scholarship recipient and attendee of Hollywood Summer Tour in 2019. She was a four year member of the College of Saint Benedict Dance Team.

She was also previously a staff member at St. Cloud Just For Kix and a three year JFK camp staff member. She has also coached for the Holdingford Dance Team for four seasons, where she contributed to helping the Huskers bring home their first ever state championship in 2024 as well as a top three finish in 2025. She was named Minnesota Association of Dance Teams (MADT) 2025 Class A Assistant Coach of the Year, and serves on the MADT Board of Directors. She is also one of the co-owners of Brockway Dance Complex in Holdingford, Minn.
