Audrey Wethington is in her first year as a volunteer assistant coach at Saint Benedict.
Wethington grew up in Edina, Minn.a, and played high school hockey at The Blake School before competing for five years as a forward at the University of Minnesota, where she set a program record with 175 career games played.
A decorated student-athlete, she was named to the CSC Academic All-America First Team, received the NCAA Elite 90 Award, and was a finalist for the WCHA Outstanding Student-Athlete award, among numerous academic and athletic honors.
She is now a first-year student at the University of Minnesota Medical School with aspirations of becoming an orthopedic surgeon, while serving as the College of Saint Benedict’s video coach for the forwards.
