2016: OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 100, 200 and 400-meter relay ... ran season-bests in both events at the conference meet ... took seventh with the 400-meter relay team ... part of two third-place 400-meter relay teams throughout the season ... named to the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team ... INDOOR ... competed in two meets ... finished fourth in the 60 at the CSB|SJU Invite.

2015: OUTDOOR ...  took third in the 100 in a season-best 13.23 at the Manitou Classic ... ran a season-best 27.02 in the 200  ... qualified for conference individually in the 100 and 200 ... INDOOR ... named All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 800-meter relay team that took 3rd at the conference indoor championships ...qualified for the MIAC Indoor Championships in the 60 and 200 ... ran a career-best 8.11 in the 60-meter dash, the 10th-best time in school history ... finished the season ranked 12th in the MIAC in the 60 and the 200 after running a 26.82

2014: OUTDOOR ... named All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 4x100 team that finished 2nd at the MIAC Championships ... ran a career-best 1:03.33 in the 400 ... INDOOR ... named All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 4x200 team that finished third at the MIAC Championships ... ran a career-best in the 55m (7.72) and 200 (26.80) and season-best in the 60m (8.16) ... her 200 time is the 10th best in school history.

2013: First season … OUTDOOR  … season best in the 100-meter was a 13.15  … INDOOR … All-MIAC Honorable Mention after a fifth place finish in the 4x200-meter with a 1:46.75 … ranked 10^th in the MIAC in the 200-meter with a 27.09 … season bests included an 8.24 in the 60-meter and a 27.09 in the 200-meter.
 
High School: A 2012 graduate of Robbinsdale Armstrong, Adams was coached by Derek Fisher. She participated in track and field (four years), nordic skiing (four years), volleyball (one year), cross country (one year), diving (one year) and swimming (one year). In track and field she was Rookie of the Year, a three-time all-conference award winner, and placed five times in the state meets. She was also all-conference in nordic skiing.
 
Personal: Adams is the daughter of Liz and Jim Adams of Crystal, Minn.  She is majoring in nutrition with a minor in exercise science and sport studies.
