Samantha Brown-Season-Career Results

2024: INDOOR: Competed in four meets, recording three top-eight finishes … took 2^nd place in the high jump with a mark of 1.20m (3’11.25”) and 6^th place in the pole vault with a mark of 1.96m (6’5.25”) at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet … set a career-best in the pole vault with a mark of 2.05m (6’8.75”) at the CSB/SJU Invitational … set a career-best in the high jump with a mark of 1.40m (4’7.25”) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic.

High School: A 2023 graduate of Monticello High School, Brown participated in soccer for four years, basketball for one year, softball for two years, and track and field for two years. Her achievements in soccer include being named Captain, winning her 2023 Conference Championships, and making it to the 2023 Soccer Section Finals. Her proudest moment of her athletic career was winning the soccer Conference Championships for the first time in school history. 

Personal: The daughter of Allison Brown...enjoys playing soccer, being outdoors, camping, listening to music, and skiing in her free time. She is a Education and Exercise and Health Science major at CSB. Sam likes being a collegiate student-athlete because she gets to have more experiences doing something that she loves and building relationships with others.
