High School: Competed in basketball, cross country and track and field for four years at Lincoln High...served as team captain in 2024 for the basketball team...earned academic all-atate honors in 2024 in basketball and was a two-time player of the game...served as team captain in cross country in 2024...earned all-conference honors for four years in cross country....was team captain of the track and field team in 2024...two-time all-conference honoree in track and field...in 2024 named "Most Valuable Sprinter" in track and field....a three-time academic all-state honoree in track and field. 

Personal: Daughter of Katie and John Gates...has a sister Emily and brother Tony...finance major.
