2016: OUTDOOR ... qualified for the conference meet in the 100 and 400 hurdles ... finished eighth in the 100 hurdles ... recorded a season-best 100 hurdle time of 15.58 seconds in the prelims at the MIAC Championships ... took fourth in the 100 hurdles at Tommie Twilight ... INDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 55 hurdles, pentathlon and as part of the 800 relay team ... took sixth with the relay to earn All-MIAC Honorable Mention ... ran the 10th-best 55 hurdle time in school history (8.94) at conference ... recorded a career-best shot put toss of 9.09 meters.

2015: OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 100 hurdles and the heptathlon ... took eighth in the 100 hurdles ... recorded career-bests in the 200 (27.52), high jump (1.47m) and shot put (8.70m) ... INDOOR ... ran a career-best 9.05 in the 55 hurdles ... recorded nine top-10 finishes ... took second in the 55 hurdles at the Carleton Invite ... finished the year ranked fourth in the MIAC in the 55 hurdles (9.05).

2014: OUTDOOR ... scored a career-high 3,455 in the heptathlon, including career-highs in the 800m (2:38.88), long jump (4.60m) and javelin (17.20m) ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 400 hurdles, heptathlon and 100 hurdles ... took seventh in the 100 hurdles and ninth in the heptathlon ...  INDOOR ... named All-MAIC Honorable Mention as part of the 4x200 team that finished second ... also qualified in the 60 hurdles and the pentathlon ... recorded the ninth-best 60 hurdle time in school history (9.49) ... also recorded the ninth-best pentathlon score in school history (2,749) ...  both marks are career-bests.

2013: First season ... OUTDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking sixth in the 100 hurdles ... also qualified in the 400 hurdles ... ran the fifth-best 100 hurdle time in school history (15.46) ... also ran a career-best 1:07.88 in the 400 hurdles ... INDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the fifth-place 800-meter relay team ... also qualified in the 200 and 60 hurdles ... ran career-bests in the 60 (8.56) and 400 (1:05.59).

High School: A 2012 graduate of Proctor High School, Westendorf was coached by Forrest Randall.  She participated in soccer, track, and basketball for four years.  Westendorf was three-time All-Conference, two-time section champion and four-time state participant in track.  In basketball, she was a part of the All Area Team in 2012.  She was also two-time All-Conference and a part of the All Area Team in soccer.

Personal: Micayla is the daughter of  Cindy Roden and Gordy Westendorf of Duluth, Minn.  She enjoys sports, reading, snowboarding, and hanging out with family and friends.  At CSB|SJU, Westendorf is majoring in biology.
