2025: INDOOR: named All-MIAC at the MIAC Indoor Championship by placing second in the 800-meter with a clocking 2:17.65, a mark that ranks fourth all-time at St. Ben's...earned honorable mention All-MIAC in placing fourth in the 600-meter in 1:36.98, a mark that ranks fifth all-time at CSB...was part of the 4x400-meter relay that claimed honorable mention All-MIAC with a fourth-place finish in 4:07.48.
OUTDOOR: earned her first CSC Academic All-District honor...named Academic All-MIAC for a second straight year....at the 2025 MIAC Outdoor Championships was All-MIAC by finishing second in the 400-meter hurdles with a clocking of 1:02.18, which broke the school record of 1:02.42 set by Megan Sundstrom in 2017....earned honorable mention All-MIAC as a member of the sixth place 4x400-meter relay team, which clocked 4:02.10 for 10th best in program history.
2024: INDOOR: Competed in six meets, recording fifteen top-eight finishes as a sophomore … competed in the MIAC Indoor Championships in the 400 (1:02.07), the 600 (1:39.36)(7
th), the 60H (9.71), and the 4x400 (4:04.42)(3rd) … earned All-MIAC honors for her performance in the 4x400 relay ... took 3
rd place in the 600 with a time of 1:39.99 and ran on the 4x400 which finished in second at the Gopher Classic … ran on the DMR at the SDSU Indoor Classic, taking 1
st place with a time of 12:06.38 … won the 400 (1:01.64) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic.

Set a personal best at the UWL Final Qualifier with a 400H time of 1:03.28 (2nd all-time CSB history) ... competed in the MIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running a career-best 100H time of 15.52 (8th all-time CSB history) for 13th place and finishing 2nd in the 400H with a time of 1:03.52 ...

High School: At Bemidji HS, competed in soccer for four years, track and field five years, gymnastics for six years and cross country one season...was a two-time team captain in track and also was captain for the soccer team...set the school record in the 300-meter hurdles....served as president of the National Honor Society....
PERSONAL:Daughter of Nick and Alyson Berg...brother, Riley, attended SJU and competed in track and field...biology/pre-medicine.
