2022: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 400 and with the 1,600-meter relay team ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the sixth-place relay team and finished 15th in the 400 ... recorded three individual top-10 finishes ... INDOOR: qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 400 and with the 4x400 and DMR relay teams ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the third-place DMR ... took 10th in the 400 and 10th with the 1,600 relay ... won three individual events as a senior.

2021: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 400 and with the 4x400 relay team ... finished 11th in the 400 and seventh with the relay ... ran a career-best 100 time of 13:39 on April 10 at SJU ... recorded five individual top-10 finishes ... INDOOR: did not compete as a junior.

2020: Earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... OUTDOOR: The 2020 outdoor season was canceled by the NCAA on March 13 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... INDOOR: ran the 10th-best 400 time in CSB history at the CSB/SJU Invite ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 400 and took ninth ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the 4x400-meter relay (fourth) and the Distance Medley Relay (sixth) teams ... also took seventh with the 4x200-meter relay team ... won the 400 at the CSB/SJU Alum Meet.

2019: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 200 and 400 ... finished 14th in the 400 and 18th in the 200 ... also took eighth with the 4x400 relay team ... recorded four top-10 finishes ... INDOOR: took 13th in the 400 at the MIAC Championships ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking sixth with the 800-meter relay team ... also took 10th with the 4x400 relay team ... recorded eight top-10 individual finishes.

High School: Mitch is a 2018 graduate of Pacelli Catholic High School. She competed in softball for one year, cross country for two years and volleyball and track and field for three years. In 2016, Mitch earned second team all-conference in the 400-meter relay and the 800-meter relay. In 2017, Mitch earned first team all-conference in the 1,600-meter relay and the 3,200-meter relay and second team All-Conference in the 400-meter relay. In 2018, Mitch earned second team all-conference in the 400-meter relay, third place at the Wisconsin State Meet in the 1,600-meter relay and was a State Qualifier in the 3,200-meter relay and the 800-meter relay.
 
Personal: Laura is the daughter of Wendy and Rusty Mitch. She has five sibling: Michael, Kaylee, Matthew, Sarah and Daniel. Outside of running, Laura enjoys theater, singing and ice skating. She is currently undecided on a major.
