High School: A 2007 graduate of Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial high school, Deal was coached by Dewey Escher, Tom Murphy and Doug Burns... participated in volleyball for three years and six years in track and field...all conference honorable mention in the 4x4 relay her sophomore year, all conference in the 4x4 relay and 200 meter dash her junior year, all conference in the 4x2 relay and all conference honorable mention in the 200 meter dash, also took first place in the 4x4 relay at the section meet her senior year. Took 6th place at the state meet in the 4x4 and holds her high school's record in the 4x4 relay with a time of 4:04.56.

Personal: Daughter of Jamine and Brian Deal of Lake Crystal, MN… father attended SJU… enjoys hanging out with friends and family, shopping, tanning, jet skiing, reading, scrapbooking and spending time in the sun… majoring in Management with a minor in Coaching.

What do like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
“Not only do I stay in great shape and get to see my best friends every day, but track helped me to stay focused in school too!”

“State track my senior year was definitely a highlight of my track and field career along with breaking my high school 4x4 record. However, just being a Blazer makes me so proud.”
