2014: OUTDOOR ... Named All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 4x800 team that finished third at the MIAC Championships ... ran season-best times of 2:27.96 in the 800m and 11:47.11 in the 300m steeplechase ... INDOOR  ... Went to the NCAA Championship meet as part of the Blazer DMR team that finished 12th in the country ... Crowned All-MIAC as part of the DMR team that finished first at the MIAC Championships ... named All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a fourth-place finish in the mile at the MIAC Championship meet ... ran career-best times in the mile (5:12.73), 1000m (3:05.83)

2013: Junior season … OUTDOOR … All-MIAC Honorable Mention after a placing fifth at the MIAC Championships in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a 11.47.11 … end of the season MIAC rankings included: second in the 3000-meter (10:42.70), eight in the 3000-steeplechase (11:47.11) … INDOOR … two-time All-MIAC Honorable Mention after placing sixth in the mile (5:12.73) and fourth in the distance medley relay (12:44.26) … 5:12.73 in the mile was team best on the season  and ranked eighth in the MIAC.
 
2012: Larson took first place in the 3000 meter run two times, once at the home meet and again at the Dick Young Classic.  She also took first place in the 1000 meter run. 

High School: A 2010 graduate of Decorah High School, Larson participated in cross country (four years), track (four years), softball (one year) and basketball (four years) during her athletic career at Decorah. She was part of the state championship cross country team and the team runner-up in state cross country. Larson took third place in state in track and was All-Conference and All-Region in both cross country and track. She was an All-Conference Honorable Mention in basketball and a four-time state qualifier in track.

Personal: Larson is the daughter of Sandy and Rob Larson of Decorah, Iowa. Sheis majoring in dietetics.
