Biography
High School: A 2009 graduate of Lourdes High School, Torchia was coached by Myron Glass… participated in cross country (six years), nordic skiing (six years) and track and field (six years) during her athletic career at Lourdes High School… All-State in cross country… All-State Academic in track… All-Conference champion in 2007… team MVP in cross country and track… three sport letter winner.
Personal: Daughter of Patricia and Michael Torchia of Rochester, MN… sister Katy runs cross country and track for CSB… enjoys painting, photography, hiking, swimming, reading and cooking… majoring in environmental studies with a minor in art.
What is your proudest moment of your career?
"Running at the state meet my sophomore year with my two sisters, Katy and Sarah."
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
"The opportunity to be involved with a group of incredible individuals who are motivated and share the same passions as I do."
