High School: Participated in track and field for six years at Sibley East High School...also played volleyball for six years and ran cross country for one year...earn all-conference honors in track and field in both 2023 and 2024...named all-conference in volleyball in 2024...advanced to the Minnesota State Track and Field Championship in both her junior and senior years in track.

Personal: Daughter of Megan and Chad Dose...nursing major.
