2024: INDOOR: Competed in four meets, recording two top-eight finishes … took 8
th place in the mile at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet with a time of 6:25.56 … finished the mile in 4
th place with a time of 6:16.58 at the CSB/SJU Invitational … set career-bests in the mile (6:11.20) and the 3000 (12:32.20) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic.
2023: OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets … set a career-best in the 1500-meter race at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational with a time of 5:51.61 …
INDOOR: competed at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic, recording a 1000-meter career-best of 3:58.53.
High School: Kraabel is a 2022 graduate from Mounds View High School in Minnesota. While in school she ran cross country and track and field for four seasons, she was a part of the H.E.A.R.T. Club, an Executive Board Member, and a Mustang Mentor. Her awards include Academic Award (CC 2018,19,20,21/ TF 2019,20,21,22) and Varsity Letter Award (CC and TF 2022). The proudest moment of her career so far was running one of her best races as a senior in high school, she was able to see all of her hard work put into action and set a new personal best time.
Personal: Isabel is the daughter of Heather Gustafson and Nick Kraabel; she has six siblings, Liz, Ana, Mya K., Camryn, Riley, and Mya I. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, drawing, biking, hiking, watching movies, and listening to music. While at CSB she is majoring in Psychology. Isabel is looking forward to being a student athlete because of the great connections, friendships, and opportunities gained through college sports.
