2015: OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 1,500 ... ran a season-best 2:37.55 in the 800 and 5:06.21 in the 1,500 ... INDOOR ... qualified for the conference championships in the mile ... ran a career-best 5:37.68 in the mile and a career-best 11:37.6 in the 3K ... also ran a season-best 20:37.89 in the 5K.

2014: OUTDOOR ... ran a career-best 19:44.74 in the 5K ... also ran season-bests in the 1,500 (5:19.45) and the steeplechase (12:55.19) ... INDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 800 and 1,000 ... ran a career-best 1:06.34 in the 400 ... ran season-bests in the 800 (2:28.81) and the 1,000 (3:13.82) ... won the 800 at the CSB Triangular.

2013: Sophomore season … OUTDOOR … All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a 9:24.38 in the 4x800-meter to place third at the MIAC Championships … end of the season MIAC rankings included: seventh in the 3000-meter (11:06.56) … also qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase ... INDOOR … season bests included: 2:26.86 in the 800-meter and 3:09.54 in the 1000-meter ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 800 and 1,000.
 
2012: First season ... OUTDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 3,200-meter relay team that finished third ... also qualified for the conference meet in the 800 ... ran a career-best 2:17.43 in the 800 and  acareer-best 4:58.82 in the 1,500 ... her 800 time is fifth-best in CSB outdoor history ... INDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the fifth-place 1,600-meter relay team ... also qualified in the 800 and 1,000 and took eighth in the 1,000 ... ran a career-best 1:45.03 in the 600 and a career-best 3:07 in the 1,000 ... also ran a season-best 2:23.63 in the 800.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Providence High School, Lynch was coached by Kurt Niedenzu and participated in cross country (four years) and track (four years) during her athletic career at Providence.  Lynch received All-Conference honors in cross country as well as being named team MVP.  She also received the honor of being named Female Athlete of the Year at Providence.

Personal:  Lynch is the daughter of Denise and William Lynch of Matthews, N.C.  Her aunts, uncles, and cousins all attended CSB|SJU.  She is majoring in economics.
